This charming double-fronted terraced cottage built in 1890 is situated in a quiet street, south of Chelsea Bridge and is very convenient for Battersea Park with its boating lake, the Chelsea Flower Show and the Chelsea Physic Garden. The Royal Court Theatre and Cadogan Hall in Sloane Square, the South Bank (Arts Centre and London Eye) and Omnibus, the new arts centre in Clapham are also easily accessible. The development on the site of the old Battersea Power Station and adjacent Nine Elms is creating considerable interest. 20 St Philip Street has been furnished by the owner with purchases from trips around the world and has, more recently, been the location for several television programmes.
